1963 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

If you're a purist looking for a matching numbers Corvette dressed in the original body color or object to a '63 with side pipes this is not the Vette for you - but we have others that might meet your requirements.

If you are looking for an excellent Corvette that is in excellent condition inside and out, with head-turning looks and sound, this might just be the Vette you have been searching for!

She has been nicely restored, tastefully modified and updated by a GM retiree, boat captain, community volunteer, expert restorer and all around likeable guy. His skill, focus on detail and precision is exactly what you would want if he was building a car for you.

Owner/restorer, Ron, knows what he's doing and he uses only the best sources, parts and experts to complement his work, like using Rosebush Motorsports (part of the Be Cool family) for critical engine components, machining and assembly. Note the oversized Be Cool radiator; installed to allow the car to cruise hard and run cool.

Over 3 inches of documents and receipts detail every spec of work done to this car since 1985. It's impressive. More, it shows how extremely well this car has been maintained. Highlights (all done less than 1100 miles ago) include:

  • Complete engine, transmission, mechanical and electrical component rebuild

  • Complete exterior fit, finish and  flaw-correction using the West System epoxy, 3 layers of base coat (GM Autumnwood Lt 1995), 3 layers of clear coat and final paint sealer. (Completed spring of 2009.)

  • Extensive interior detailing, with new components including carpet and dash pads.

  • New convertible top.

  • Fully functioning equipment, gauges and accessories including power windows, radio and clock.

    • This is a used car and has had prior owners. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its originality, including but not limited to: the Engine, the Transmission, all vehicle stampings and codes, and supporting documentation.

    • It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle you are purchasing meets your criteria. Your pre-purchase inspection is strongly encouraged. 

    • The vehicle is being offered As-Is No Warranty.

    • We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. 

    • An agreement to purchase a vehicle is made when the purchase price of the vehicle is agreed upon by both parties.  Upon this agreement:

    1. There is a $180 documentation fee for the preparation & delivery of all the necessary sales paperwork.

    2. A deposit of 10% of the purchase price, or the deposit listed in the ad (whichever is less), is due within 24 hours of agreeing to purchase the vehicle. We accept Visa or MasterCard, and PayPal for vehicle deposits (up to 10% of the purchase price).

    3. The full balance is due within three (3) business days of agreeing to purchase the vehicle.

    4. If financing, please make sure that your financial institution will finance this vehicle before bidding.

    5. We require deposit of and verification of bank funds before we will release the vehicle to you.

    6. The buyer is responsible for the prompt pickup or shipping of the vehicle. Failure to pick up the vehicle within 15 days will result in storage fees and/or vehicle resale. We will be happy to arrange the shipping on your behalf.

    7. If you are not sure about something.  PLEASE ASK!  Do not assume anything.
